Mikel Arteta Admits Arsenal’s Victory Over Chelsea Was ‘Big Win’

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is hopeful his ‘big win’ over Chelsea will give the players even more confidence.

Arsenal made a short trip to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea on Sunday in their final Premier League game. The north London side secured a 1-0 win, with Gabriel Magalhaes’ second-half goal giving them three points and inflicting a defeat on the Blues.

After a goalless first half, Arsenal found the lead and would be the winner in the 63rd minute. A cheeky Bukayo Saka shot from an Arsenal corner beat everyone at the near post and Gabriel headed the ball into the second stick.

Arsenal then finished the game to secure a deserved win, with the Gunners looking like the better team all night.
