Juventus welcomed Federico Chiesa back onto the pitch in their game against PSG this midweek and it was one of the best sights to see the Azzurri star back in black and white.
The attacker has been out for much of this year after suffering a long-term problem at the beginning of it.
He has been working to get back to full form and Max Allegri continued to preach caution even as he returned to team training.
Chiesa was a surprise in Juventus’ call-up to face PSG and entered the field in the second half.
He was unable to help the Bianconeri earn a point in the match, but his return was refreshing for football lovers around the world.
After the match, the Euro 2020 winner shared a long, warm hug with PSG attacker Kylian Mbappe and it was refreshing to watch.
According to a report by Football Italia, soccer fans were delighted to see them share that moment before exchanging jerseys.
Juve FC says
Mbappé and Chiesa are two of the best attackers in Europe and they know how good they are for each other.
It’s great to see their admiration for each other, maybe one day they’ll play on the same team. The prospect of being at Juve is refreshing.
