Manchester United midfielder Casemiro won the club’s October Player of the Month award.
The Brazilian has collected the award ahead of Diogo Dalot, Lisandro Martínez and Marcus Rashford.
Casemiro obtained 34% of the total votes cast, and his closest opponent was Martínez, who was adrift with only 3%.
Rashford, who achieved centurion status with the Red Devils after scoring 100 goals for his boyhood club, garnered 19% of the vote, with Dalot finishing on 16%.

Casemiro was undoubtedly a worthy winner. He took his place on the team, replacing Scott McTominay and has been almost flawless since his addition to the starting XI.
He got an assist against Everton when he stole the ball in midfield before hitting Cristiano Ronaldo, who made no mistake from the left flank.
The 30-year-old was also man of the match in draws against Newcastle and Chelsea.
His most valuable contribution came in the game against Chelsea, when he rose higher to head in Luke Shaw’s cross in the closing minutes of the game to ensure United deserved a share of the points.
The importance of Casemiro is recognized by the fans and especially by Erik ten Hag.
After Sunday’s win over West Ham, the Dutch coach was full of praise for Casemiro.
Ten Hag said: “I call it the cement in midfield. I think that inside and outside of possession he makes a big difference and gives the team [an] an extra edge and helps them dominate.”
“He can also read the game and help players by pointing them to the correct positions. He is anticipating both inside and outside of possession and also sees the pass between the lines.
“He is a top player and I am very happy to have him here.”
Hopefully this award will propel the midfielder to even greater heights in a United shirt!
