(Image) Liverpool fans will be delighted to see Luis Diaz back in the gym

Luis Diaz may be out until after the World Cup with a knee injury, but Liverpool fans will be pleased to see that the Colombian’s rehabilitation appears to be going according to plan.

The 25-year-old suffered the injury during the 3-2 loss to Arsenal earlier this month and, despite not requiring surgery on his knee, it was still serious enough to be ruled out for the foreseeable future.

Our No. 23 is yet to wear a knee brace, but his latest Instagram Story showed him doing some exercises in the gym along with the caption ‘????????????????????????’.

Despite the Reds’ slow start to the campaign, the former FC Porto winger had been one of the club’s most impressive players with his impressive work-rate and fast style of play causing problems for opposing defences.

His absence has been felt in recent weeks with our attacking threat not as potent as it can be with fellow attacker Diogo Jota also sidelined with injury at the moment.

We can’t wait to see the Colombian international back in action and we wish him all the best as he continues his recovery.
