Edson Alvarez has said he is disappointed by Ajax’s decision to prevent him from joining Chelsea in the previous summer transfer window.

Álvarez has now revealed his disappointment at the decision of the Dutch team not to authorize his departure in the summer transfer market.

He has also appeared in five games for Ajax in the Champions League and has scored one goal.

Álvarez is likely to attract transfer interest in the future, with Man Utd and Chelsea among the clubs rumored to be interested in the Mexican international.
