Including this weekend, there are only three matchdays left before the month-and-a-half break for the World Cup in November and December. Despite the increasing importance of each game, this is a fairly quiet weekend in the Premier League.

That said, this Saturday represents the Premier League’s busiest day this campaign. There are eight games scheduled for Saturday, October 29. These starts range from 7:30 in the morning to 2:45 in the afternoon.

That early morning start is fascinating. Leicester City hosts Manchester City with both clubs in good form in their recent games. After a dismal start to the season, the Foxes are three games unbeaten, including a pair of wins in a row. Manchester City have four wins in their last five coming around Liverpool’s defeat at Anfield.

Liverpool are in action for Saturday’s finale as Jürgen Klopp’s side host a wobbly Leeds. Jesse Marsch and company are desperate for a result. The rumors circulating about the dismissal of the American coach at Leeds increase with each defeat.

On the subject of managers, Graham Potter returns to Brighton on Saturday morning as manager of Chelsea. Potter managed the Seagulls from May 2019 through September of this year. He has Chelsea humming despite a late draw against Manchester United on the most recent matchday.

NBC coverage over the weekend

As said, Saturday is a very busy day in the Premier League with eight kick-offs in one day. The NBC studio team of Rebecca Lowe, Robbie Mustoe and Tim Howard will be busy all the time. They have Premier League Mornings and Premier League Live around each of the weekend’s games.

GOAL RUSH comes during a defining moment with five kickoffs scheduled for 10 am on Saturday. The Premier League schedule follows a particular game but shows all the notable moments and goals from all fields as they happen.

Take a look at the Premier League in 4K if you have the ability. This weekend, 4K’s matches are Liverpool vs Leeds and Manchester United’s match against West Ham. Make sure you have the right hardware and subscriptions to watch the combative Premier League in higher resolution.
