Investigators find a suspicious transfer deal as they build case against JuventusJuvefc.com

Juventus is under investigation for capital gains and has been accused of inflating the market value of some of its players while selling them.

Some of their transfers also have suspicious actions around them and investigators are confident they have a good case against the Bianconeri.

Juve continue to deny any wrongdoing and Andrea Agnelli even spoke yesterday with the club’s squad, including the first team, to call for calm and unity.

However, a report by Tuttojuve reveals one of the deals that has caught the attention of investigators.

The report states that they found irregularities in the exchange agreement with Olympique de Marseille, in which Marley Ake moved to Turin while Franco Tongya moved to the other side.

His concern arose when it was revealed that Tongya’s deal was renewed on the same day the €8m deal was closed.

Juve is accused of renewing the contract to free up resources for the liquidity index.

Juve FC says

The investigators can continue to do their jobs, but we trust that our lawyers will defend us when it comes time to answer in court.

As long as Agnelli has assured us that the club did the right thing in all their dealings, we hope they have evidence to back up every transaction they have made.
