The FA has confirmed Jurgen Klopp’s punishment following an incident during the Liverpool vs Manchester City match earlier this month.
During the match between Liverpool and Manchester City earlier this month, Klopp expressed his anger at one of the referees for appearing to yell at him in the face after the linesman failed to give a decision in favor of Liverpool.
The Liverpool manager was charged over the incident, and the FA has now revealed his punishment, with Klopp receiving a £30,000 fine, but no touchline ban.

The fine is likely to be a mere drop in the bucket for someone like Klopp, who will be grateful he doesn’t have to spend a game sitting in the stands.
His behavior was certainly unacceptable, but the punishment is probably fair, as he was simply caught up in the moment.
Klopp accepted the role and during his post-match interview agreed with the referee’s decision to send him off.
“In the end, probably deserved,” Klopp said on his red card, as quoted by The Mirror.
The Liverpool manager may not be put off so lightly if an incident like this happens again in the near future, so he may have to tone it down in the next few games.
