Visualisation of Liverpool’s current injury problems

Liverpool have had a terrible time of late when it comes to injury problems and came up against Nottingham Forest with nine veteran players absent from the squad, prompting a fan to discuss our absences.

Andrew Beasley wrote on his Twitter account that: “19 different Liverpool players have missed at least one game due to injury this season” and then provided a visual to accompany this.

The graph shows all 19 players, how long they were out and what injuries they sustained, which makes for a worrying but interesting visualization.

There is no excuse for poor results sometimes and that is why big teams are needed, but there must be some sympathy for Jurgen Klopp when his team is constantly exhausted.
