Juventus is monitoring Real Madrid prospect Rafa MarinJuvefc.com

Juventus has been a fan of the young Real Madrid player Rafa Marín and wanted to sign him in the last transfer market.

After losing Matthijs de Ligt to Bayern Munich, the Bianconeri had to replace the impressive Dutchman, causing them to move across Europe in search of talent.

A report from Football Italia reveals that Marin was one of the players they considered even though he still plays for Madrid’s B team.

However, they finally settled for Gleison Bremer and the Brazilian has been a good signing.

They haven’t completely forgotten about the madridista and the report reveals that they are still on his trail.

The Bianconeri could now make another move for him in the summer, but he has a release clause of €30m.

Juve FC says

Signing young players because of their long-term value is a smart thing to do, but not all youngsters are good enough to play for Juve.

We’ve always wanted a bit of experience in our defence, so Marin will have a hard time getting close to a first-team pick if he joins us.

With that in mind, he will most likely join us to play with our next generation, which means it’s ridiculous to pay his release clause.
