Serie A giants Juventus have had a very poor start to the season. The Bianconeri have only won four of their first ten Serie-A games.

He has currently added sixteen points in these ten games and is in eighth position so far. On top of that, his performance in the Champions League has been even worse.

Juventus have lost three of their first four games in the UEFA Champions League. This includes a humiliating 2-0 loss against Israeli club Maccabi Haifa during their last match in this competition.

Following this, Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri decided to bench their captain Leonardo Binnucci in their next league match against local rivals Torino.

Although the defender played in the second half, it has been understood that this move did not sit well with the veteran defender. His relationship with Allegri is at a very low point.

Now, according to journalist Giulio Mola, the 35-year-old defender wants to leave the club from next January.

Bonucci has not been at his best throughout the season. the defender has made some mistakes that have cost his team. He has appeared in six Serie A games so far and has a goal named after him.

English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur have been hugely linked with the Italian defender. After a strong start, Tottenham want to add more players to their squad to stay in the Premier League race.

So if they can get Leanardo Bonucci out of Turin, it will be a huge loss for the Bianconeri. Juventus are currently desperate for results. And if they lose their leader in all of this, it could turn out very badly.
