Thiago Alcantara enjoyed another dominant performance in the center of midfield from Jurgen Klopp and two incidents involving him and Rodri have been highlighted by some Liverpool supporters.
The first occurred when the Manchester City midfielder seemed to hit our number 6 in the face with his shoulder, something the referee did not penalize at the time, but our man seemed injured by the impact.

Then comes a tough tackle from the former Bayern Munich maestro where, although he slipped on his way to his opponent, he absolutely cleared the 26-year-old and certainly bounced back.
Let that be a lesson to anyone in the Premier League, if you try to get a cheap shot on the 31-year-old without the ball, he’ll be back to make amends quick enough!
