Arthur breaks his silence after another injury setbackJuvefc.com

Arthur Melo, on loan from Juventus, has broken his silence after suffering a new injury that will leave him sidelined for about three months.

The midfielder has been on the Bianconeri’s books since 2020 but has only played a handful of games after injuries plagued his time with the club.

The Bianconeri desperately searched for a new home for him in the summer and felt lucky when Liverpool agreed to sign him on loan with an option to buy.

He worked hard to find favor and gain minutes in a Liverpool shirt, but suffered an injury in training as he neared more first-team minutes.

It is not a situation that will surprise Juve, but they have promised to come back stronger. The Brazilian wrote on Instagram:

“Now is the time to keep my head up and join forces with my family and do whatever it takes with my team to make sure I come back stronger as soon as possible. No obstacle will stop me from progressing in my career and I have a great ambition to show what I can do on the pitch.”

Juve FC says

Arthur has been unlucky with injuries and needs to get over these problems fast.

He has a long contract at Juve, but he has to start playing a lot of games a season to show that he is a real talent.

If his fitness issues continue to plague him, he will be one of those players who could have been great but sadly wasn’t.
