Brentford and Brighton left at half time with the Bees leading the match 1-0, but the opening 45 minutes also saw a clash between the two teams’ managers.
The match has seen some heated moments so far, mostly involving Ivan Toney and Joel Veltman, with the latter being involved in the incident that led to a small brawl.
The defender got into a fight with Frank on the touchline as he was going to win the ball back for a throw-in and that prompted Brighton manager De Zerbi to jump to his player’s defence.
The Italian trainer confronted Frank and that caused a small fight, but in the end it all worked out as the two trainers shook hands and moved on.
