Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in replacing Kylian Mbappe with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah if the French star gets his wish to leave the club.
Several outlets, including ESPN, broke the news yesterday that the PSG superstar wants to leave the club as soon as possible due to the breakdown of his relationship with the Parisian club hierarchy and could push to move in early January.
The 23-year-old is said to be upset that the club broke their promises, which were made when he signed his new contract in May; with things like signing a nine, signing another center-back and getting rid of Neymar, all of this not fulfilled by the Parisian club.
PSG have since stated that Mbappé will not leave in January, Sky Sports reports, but if the situation is not resolved by next summer, the French champions have a replacement in mind.
