Cassano claims Juventus had a stronger lineup than Milan -Juvefc.com

Last weekend, Juventus suffered a blow when their mini comeback came to an abrupt end at the San Siro Stadium.

While the Bianconeri had the upper hand for the first 15 minutes, Milan dominated the field in every sense of the word as the match wore on.

Despite scoring a controversial opener through Fikayo Tomori, the Rossoneri deserved victory over the hapless Juventus.

However, Antonio Cassano felt that Max Allegri had a stronger starting line-up than his counterpart Stefano Pioli.

The retired striker has been repeatedly criticizing the Juve boss’s methods since last season, and never misses an opportunity to strike another blow.

The former Roma, Milan and Inter player says the Bianconeri can’t seem to make three decent passes in a row, while arguing their recent victories have only come at the expense of weak opponents.

“Everyone was starting to say that the team had restarted, but they only beat Bologna and Maccabi Haifa,” said the notorious Cassano through his personal Instagram account via Calciomercato.

“They are two teams that, with all due respect, are fighting. Juventus didn’t even play well against them.

Allegri had said that he would have liked to see Milan without five starters and they took them away on their own.

“However, Juventus still sucks, they can’t play anymore, they’re out of ideas.

“If you look at the starting eleven for Milan and compare them to the starting eleven for Juventus, the Bianconeri are much stronger, but they can’t make 3 passes in a row.”
