Juventus preparing January onslaught on Milinkovic-SavicJuvefc.com

For many years, Juventus has been obsessed with Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. The midfielder has not stopped growing since he arrived at Lazio in 2015.

At the age of 28, the Serb is arguably at the peak of his powers, but Biancocelesti skipper Claudio Lotito has resisted all offers.

But unless he convinces his star to sign a new contract, the president will likely have to accept an offer sooner or later to avoid losing his prized asset once his current contract expires in 2024.

How much did Lazio president Lotito receive in salary in 2021-22

So, according to Gazzetta dello Sport via ilBianconero, Juventus are still closely monitoring the situation and are ready to launch an onslaught in January.

The source claims that Lotito had given his word to the player’s agent Mateja Kezman, promising to sell if a suitor reaches the asking price.

The report expects the Bianconeri to initially launch an offer worth €50m. However, they would have to raise the offer by at least 60 million plus add-ons to seal the deal.

Milinkovic-Savic is currently enjoying another spectacular campaign under Maurizio Sarri.

So far he has scored three goals in the league and has given seven assists to his teammates. Thus, the Serb has directly contributed ten goals in just nine Serie A appearances, that’s more than Juventus’ midfielders have produced combined.
