Erling Haaland lifts lid on health routine

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has spoken about how he keeps himself in top condition.

The Norwegian international is in sensational form. Arguably the most prolific striker in the sport, the 22-year-old Haaland has already scored a staggering 20 goals in just his first 12 competitive games of the season.

Showing why he was the world’s most in-demand striker this summer, the 22-year-old has taken Pep Guardiola’s Citizens to a new level, though that seemed impossible before his arrival.

However, it is not only during games that the Norwegian seeks to be the best. Speaking about his lifestyle and wellness routine off the pitch, the former Borussia Dortmund striker, who spoke in the documentary ‘The Big Decision’, quoted by A Bola, said: “The first thing I do in the morning is get some sun. in my eyes. I also started filtering the water I drink because I think it has great benefits for my body.

“So other people say the meat is unhealthy and don’t eat it (shows huge chunks of heart and liver), but I’m concerned about what I eat. Are they talking about the beef at McDonalds or the grass-fed cow that lives next door?

Regardless of what your personal views are on the benefits of eating meat, one thing is for sure, whatever Haaland is doing off the court certainly seems to be helping the performances on it.
