Manchester United are closely following Noah Okafor from RB Salzburg

Manchester United are closely following 22-year-old striker Noah Okafor of RB Salzburg.

Salzburg has helped develop and produce some of Europe’s brightest talent. Sadio Mane, Karim Adeyemi and of course Erling Haaland are just some of those who have developed at the Austrian club in recent years.

The latest talent to leave the club is striker Okafor, 22. So far in the Champions League this season, Okafor has scored three goals in as many games. The Swiss youngster has also managed five league goals so far.

Now, according to Transfers, his performances have drawn the attention of Manchester United, who identified the young attacker when looking for Benjamin Sesko.

Okafor’s contract expires in 2024, so if he’s looking to move to an elite club, next summer could be important. Salzburg may be forced to sell Okafor to prevent him leaving on a free transfer next season, so Manchester United could secure him at a bargain price at the end of the season.
