West Ham contact super manager as potential replacement for Moyes

West Ham’s season is off to a poor start as the Hammers are sitting in the relegation zone and that has manager David Moyes under a bit of pressure.

If things don’t improve, the current Hammers boss could be sacked and according to a new report in France from Jeunes Footeux, West Ham have contacted former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino about a possible return to the club. PremierLeague.

The Argentine has been out of work since being sacked by Paris Saint-Germain in the summer and his reputation has taken a hit after the work he did with the Ligue 1 champions.

None of the big clubs in Europe are likely to sign him anytime soon, therefore Pochettino will have to drop down a notch.

West Ham would be the perfect job for Pochettino as it would give him time to develop a team to his liking, the club have money to spend in future windows and the fans would prefer his attacking style of play to Moyes’ pragmatism.

However, West Ham are unlikely to sack Moyes anytime soon as he deserves some time after the job he put in last season in particular.

However, if things take a turn for the worse at London Stadium, could Pochettino be the man to replace him in the Hammers’ dugout?
