Marco Tardelli hopes the international break served Juventus wellJuvefc.com

Former Juventus star Marco Tardelli has not been happy with their performance this season and hopes they will return to form after the international break.

Juve were so bad before the break that they lost their last match against Monza, a first win in the top flight for their opponents.

That was a new low and the next game against Bologna offers them a unique opportunity to achieve victories.

Tardelli isn’t happy with how his season has gone so far and says he hopes the coaches will find a solution during the two-week break, but the players deserve some of the blame, too.

Tuttomercatoweb quotes him as saying:

“I hope that the staff has been able to use this stop to try to understand what went wrong and how to remedy it in the near future. It can’t all be Allegri’s fault, because the players, who are established champions, go out on the pitch anyway, unloading all the accusations on the coach would not be a man’s behaviour”.

Juve FC says

That international break came at the perfect time for Juve and we hope the manager has spent some time making changes to the way the team plays.

If they continue to struggle in key areas of the match and lose more points, the only solution would be to fire Allegri.
