“What A Poor Fool” – Oleksandr Usyk’s Reaction To Joshua Throwing His Belts Outside The Ring

By Charles Brun: Oleksandr Usyk says he viewed Anthony Joshua as a “poor fool” after he threw two of his heavyweight titles out of the ring in their August 20 rematch.

Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) claims former unified champion Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) reminded him of a “little boy” who had the ball taken from him. So instead of dealing with it in a mature way, he throws the ball over the fence.

No doubt Joshua looked silly throwing Usyk’s belts out of the ring because it just showed that he’s a sore loser. After getting his second win over Joshua, Usyk showed that he is a superior fighter, and it was a mistake on AJ’s part to rematch his talent.

Joshua is now putting his career on the line by fighting Tyson Fury on December 3. It’s pretty clear that Joshua needs to save himself from himself right now. Ideally, AJ’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, wouldn’t let him throw his career away by fighting Fury.

If Hearn is afraid to pick on Joshua and get on his bad side, it doesn’t matter because his career will be in tatters after a loss to Fury in December. I can’t imagine legendary promoter Bob Arum letting Joshua dictate who he fights without creating a case of a riot.

“I thought, ‘What a poor fool.’ It reminded me of a little boy who wanted to play with a ball, but it was taken from him, so he decided to throw it over the neighbor’s fence,” said Oleksandr Usyk USYK17 when asked what he thought when Joshua threw two of the belts at him. outside the ring.

Usyk isn’t happy that Fury is choosing to fight Joshua next instead of facing him in February or March. He feels that Fury is afraid of him because he is a poor style match for the 6’9″ Brit big.

“Despite his toughness and how he is generally described, he is afraid. Yes, from me,” Usyk said.

“Well, if they sign the contract, they’ll hit it off for a while,” Usyk said of Fury’s fight with Anthony Joshua in December. “But everyone is waiting for Usyk vs. Fury.

“I will not support any of them; I won’t even watch this fight. I don’t want to. It’s okay, I’m just kidding.”
