Juventus ultras turn their anger and frustration on BonucciJuvefc.com

Juventus’ poor season threatens to turn into a full-blown crisis as the club’s ultras turn on Leonardo Bonucci.

The defender now captains the team after the departure of Giorgio Chiellini at the end of last season.

His below-par start this term means he hasn’t been a good leader, and now he’s coming under fire from frustrated ultras.

It prompted the players to apologize to traveling fans following their 1-0 loss at the hands of Monza at the weekend, but the ultras are not happy.

They released a statement that clearly shows their lack of appreciation for the winner of Euro 2020.

It reads via Football Italia:

“We are faced with scenes that we do not understand and in any case we find laughable and RIDICULOUS, thought up by someone who considers himself a deserter, but acts as a sacrificial victim.

“Bonucci has never been a leader and never will be: not in Treviso, not in Pisa, not in Bari, not Milan and certainly not at Juventus…

“In this moment of general confusion, on and off the court, there is total anarchy and whoever feels like it declares himself an expert, leader, boss or person in charge without having the charisma or recognition of the people who have been here for many. years.”

Juve FC says

It is a very delicate moment at the club and the players must understand that the fans want more from the team.

If they continue to underperform, they will lack ultra support.

Bonucci is an easy target because he has had a problem with them before, but every player on the team must take responsibility for this poor season.
