Pundit explains why Jude Bellingham ‘is a great fit’ for Liverpool

Paul Robinson has explained why he thinks Liverpool will beat Manchester United with the signing of Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham.

The Reds have been linked with the former Birmingham City star as numerous reports have suggested the England international will be signed next summer.

The England international scored in his team’s 2-1 loss against Manchester City in the Champions League earlier this week and pundits have suggested that Jurgen Klopp’s style of play suits the 19-year-old.

He told Football Insider (via TEAMtalk): “It just fits in at Liverpool. The way he plays and Klopp’s game system fit together perfectly.

“Bellingham is an incredibly talented footballer. He still has his best years ahead of him. He already has an incredible reputation. His charisma with the ball is something special. I love watching him.

“Achieving what he has at such a young age is extraordinary. I think he has been very smart with the way he has managed his career and his career path.

“It is only a matter of time before he returns to England. I strongly suspect that he will move to Liverpool because of the way they play. He suits her.

He seems to have a lot of potential and, at such a tender age, he is already showing his ability to control games at the highest level.

The midfielder is one of the first names on the Dortmund team sheet and has experience playing in Europe’s top competition, as well as being a full-fledged England international.

Bellingham has certainly developed and become a better player since leaving for the Bundesliga, but it seems only a matter of time before the teenager returns to England.

Klopp is believed to be a huge fan of the Englishman and the prospect of him wearing the famous red jersey is exciting.

Kopites is calling for a new midfielder to be signed and is seen as the club’s main transfer target.

It is not yet clear if Manchester United are interested in a deal for Bellingham, but hopefully most clubs in Europe will be interested in signing him.

He has three years left on his current contract, so he will undoubtedly cost interested parties a significant amount of money for his services.
