In the 2016 Indian Super League (ISL), Kerala Blasters Football Club finished in second place. The group is from Kochi, Kerala, and they are representing their hometown. On May 27, 2014, none other than Sachin Tendulkar, the deity of cricket, launched this group. Prasad V Potluri recently acquired ownership of the Kochi franchise.
Later, well-known Telugu actors Chiranjeevi and Akkineni Nagarjuna bought their shares. Of course, Kochi’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium serves as the team’s home field. René Meulensteen is the team’s head coach, without a doubt. They have come a long way after finishing as runners-up in the Indian Super League last year. They have an excellent chance of beating every other team in the 2017 ISL and winning the championship.
The Kerala Blasters, the runners-up from the previous season, would be itching to come back and get their revenge this time. The Kochi-based team lost on penalties against Hyderabad FC and came close to winning the coveted Indian Super League (ISL) trophy.
On October 7, at 7:30 pm, East Bengal FC and Kerala Blasters will meet at Salt Lake Stadium (IST). After a two-year break, the fans will return to the stadiums this season. Players would greatly benefit from this because playing in an exciting environment always speeds them up.
