Virgil van Dijk made it clear that he was unhappy with comments coming from outside the club in light of the club’s struggles for form this season.
The Dutchman made a clear reference to pundits’ comments, highlighting ‘ex-footballers’ who recently shared their views on Jurgen Klopp’s men this season, as reported by the Liverpool Echo (@LivEchoLFC) on Twitter.

The midfield suffered a noticeable glitch following a switch to a 4-2-3-1 with Ajax closing in on a winner through a close header from former Manchester United player Daley Blind.
Still, on balance of play, we can consider ourselves deserving winners at Anfield with victory hopefully a platform for general improvement in the rest of the season.
