Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw, out of form and underdog, is reportedly facing the loss of a place in England’s World Cup squad this winter.
The 27-year-old has not been at his best over the last year, despite being a key player for club and country in some of the best form of his career in 2021.

Ben Chilwell and Tyrick Mitchell are said to be ahead of Shaw in the pecking order, according to the Daily Star, while Kieran Trippier has even been used in that role in the past.
