Premier League has instantly agreed to West Ham demand

The Premier League have agreed to West Ham’s demands on the VAR standard and referees to be discussed at their next meeting.

That’s according to West Ham club boss Karren Brady speaking in his column with The Sun.

“At West Ham we are still angry about the VAR farce that cost us a point at Stamford Bridge last weekend. So much so that I insisted that the Premier League add refereeing and VAR standards to its next agenda,” Brady said.

West Ham were robbed of a last-minute draw against Chelsea, with VAR disallowing a Maxwel Cornet goal due to a foul on Edouard Mendy in the build-up.

“That’s why the Prem instantly agreed that the item would be added to the agenda at their next meeting,” Brady added.
