“They can’t fight as you watch this?”

Welterweight star and pound-for-pound contender Errol Spence Jr. slammed YouTube Boxing after witnessing a shocking event on Saturday night.

This weekend saw a card that doesn’t even deserve to be mentioned in professional sports. It’s a mystery why there was any coverage of it from the major boxing networks.

WBN received many press releases but adamantly refused to release any as the entire event was an anti-sports joke.

Spence, one of the most talented fighters working today, was not as impressed as World Boxing News.

“They used to say, ‘you can’t play boxing,’ well, these [guys] playing,” Spence said.

“These people from other sports can’t even fight, really, and you all see that [bs]”, he added.

YouTube Boxing is another stain on boxing’s reputation. Anyone with two arms thinks they can fight if they have enough social media followers.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work like that. Boxing is the only professional sport on the planet stolen by untalented outsiders who know nothing about throwing a punch.

It’s about being a boxer and doing it through the right channels or not. But certainly, do not play. You can and will hurt yourself.

There are several cases of YouTubers getting Pay Per View cash for a low-quality product, and their fans enjoy it.

Little do some blind influencer fans know that many amazing wrestlers are well worth that kind of PPV money.

The main attraction of YouTube, which has currently been given a platform by Showtime, is definitely not that. He is taking the place of other fighters who deserve it much more.

Boxers die in the ring for their trade. Their love for the sport costs them their lives. So it’s shocking that people who get followers on another platform think it’s their divine right to cross over and take Pay Per View money they don’t deserve.

They don’t love this sport. Those insiders just want to make a quick buck off the hard work of those warriors in the past who made the sport big bucks.

Someone will die before they realize this is not a game. But whoever it is, it will simply be collateral damage to those who pull off these weekly heists.

Unfortunately, it will not improve any time soon. But luckily, real boxers like Errol Spence know what time it is. Hopefully, some of the so-called fans will take notice as well.
