Russian junior welterweight contender Fedor “Knockout Man” Papazov is hoping to win this Saturday the 7th.
Papazov-Magomedov will air a live broadcast of six bouts exclusively on ESPN + starting at 10 a.m. ET / 7 a.m. PT.
Papazov (22-4, 13 KOs) from Tuapse, Russia, is a 12-year-old professional who has never been eliminated. He won a 2017 win against Isa Chaniev, who challenged Richard Commey for a world lightweight title in 2019. Papazov last fought in April, losing a competitive decision to Yauheni Dauhaliavets, an up-and-coming candidate from Belarus. Magomedov (7-1-1, 5 KOs), from Makhachkala, Russia, is 6-0-1 after losing a six-round decision in his second professional fight. Last October he had the best win of his career against Zhora Hamazaryan, who is known to American fighters for his two fights against Thomas Mattice.

Zhora Hamazaryan from Armenia (10-3-2, 7 KOs) meets Erzhan Turgumbekov (8-2-1, 2 KOs) in an eight-round fight in the junior lightweight. Hamazaryan defeated the previously undefeated Dmitry Yun in January.
Juniors welterweight Oganes Ustyan (6-0, 2 KOs), a well-known Russian fan on one occasion, will face Ukrainian Oleksandr Abramian (5-1-1, 2 KOs) in an eight-round title fight. WBO Asia-Pacific Youth Office. .
