Vito Mielnicki Jr.-Limberth Ponce Added To Wilder-Helenius Undercard October 15

Vito Mielnicki Jr. will attempt to extend his winning streak to five when he returns to the ring on October 15 in Brooklyn.

BoxingScene.com has learned that the 20-year-old junior middleweight will face Limberth Ponce that night on the Deontay Wilder-Robert Helenius undercard at Barclays Center. FS1 is likely to televise the 10-round fight between Mielnicki and Ponce before the FOX Sports Pay-Per-View portion of the Wilder-Helenius preliminary card begins.

Mielnicki (12-1, 8 KOs) has won four fights in a row since Philly’s James Martin (then 6-2) defeated him by majority decision in an eight-round FS1 fight broadcast in April 2021 from the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall. in Los Angeles.
